After speaking with the seller moments after I posted my original review, the issue was rectified, all of this transpired in less than an hour! I love the fact that this design can be edited in Word, which is my favorite over other online editing options. Charlie is great and went above and beyond to make sure I was a satisfied customer, I have now added Charlie's designs to my favorites to purchase from this designer/seller again!

Create a beautiful and personal tribute to your loved one with our Trifold Purple Bouquet Funeral Program Template. Easily customize it using Microsoft Word and print it at home or at a local print shop. This template allows you to add single photos, an obituary, an order of service, and a photo collage, making it a heartfelt way to honor and remember your loved one's life.
This funeral program prints double-sided on a single sheet of Letter size paper (or A4 paper). When folded, this creates a 6-page trifold program.
WHAT TO DO:
- Purchase the listing and download the file after checkout (your file will usually be downloaded to the 'Downloads' folder on your computer)
- Open and edit with Microsoft Word only
- Add, edit, move or delete all text and photos (except the background design)
- Print at home or local print shop
Please note, the funeral program needs to be downloaded and edited on a laptop or desktop computer in the full version of Microsoft Word. It won’t open or edit properly in any other apps or on mobile devices like phones, tablets or Chromebook computers.
WHAT'S INCLUDED:
- Two Microsoft Word files: 1 x Letter size program (8.5 x 11 inches), which is 8.5 x 3.66 inches when printed and folded. And 1 x A4 size program (210 x 297 mm), which is 210 x 98.8 mm when printed and folded.
- Help Guide with instructions on how to edit and print your template.
