I liked the template. It was easy to work with but darker than I thought.

If you'd like the sky background to be lighter, you can remove the darker overlay by clicking the background on each page (away from any text or photo boxes) and pressing delete on your keyboard. I found it was difficult to get it to work on my Mac. Couldn’t get the pictures to download into the boxes. Had to send it to a friend with a pc to get it to work but even then it was hard. It did come out well at the end of several hours.
Hello Beverly, I'm sorry to hear you found your template difficult to work with but glad to hear it came out well in the end. For future reference, to insert pictures into the boxes, you need to use the ‘Shape Fill Tool’ in Microsoft Word (this is the same for Mac or PC but the template needs to be edited in the desktop version of Word). If you prefer written instructions, included with your purchase is a Help Guide which has instructions on how to insert pictures with the Shape Fill tool in Microsoft Word. Please feel free to contact me via email: support@funeraltemplates.com if you need any more help.

And because of being so rusty I had to ask a few questions, only way was by email, thankfully the response and detail to get the task done was successful. Only requires basic WORD knowledge and it’s easy to change. I used FedEx for printing on heavier 100lb paper. Everyone thought it looked great. Most importantly, my mom would have been pleased.
