This product was so easy to use. The fact that the Template was in WORD allowed me to customize the memorial program for our loved one. The printing service (Staples) was familiar with the template format. They printed a beautiful program with photos and personalized messages. It was just lovely!

I’m truly pleased with the quality of my funeral program booklet. However I’m having some trouble with printing it from 8 1/2 x 11 to 11 x 17 without having a large border. I’ve read the instructions on how to try to prevent this but it doesn’t seem to work for me.
But I am satisfied overall with this product.
I'm glad you're happy with the quality of your template but I’m sorry you’re having problems printing your program. I can see that you purchased the 8 Page Purple Blossom template, which is designed to only be printed on Letter size paper (8.5 x 11 inches). Printing it on 11x17 inch paper will result in a large white border because the dimensions of the template do not scale up proportionally to 11x17 inches. We do sell an 11x17 inch version of this program, which I've emailed to you. If you would like to print it this size, you will need to copy and paste the text from your Letter size template to this one. I recommend re-inserting your photos using the Shape Fill tool, rather than copying and pasting them, due to the size difference of the template.

This funeral program prints double-sided on two sheets of Letter size paper (or A4 paper). When folded, this creates 8 x half Letter size pages (or 8 x A5 pages).
Please note, the funeral program needs to be downloaded and edited on a laptop or desktop computer in the full version of Microsoft Word. It won’t open or edit properly in any other apps or on mobile devices like phones, tablets or Chromebook computers.
The title 'A Celebration of Life' is inserted as an image. It's not editable, but it can be moved or deleted, and your own title added.

This template is set up for standard US Letter (8.5 x 11") or A4 paper, printed on two sheets and folding down to an 8-page half-Letter or A5 booklet. Both sizes are included in your download.
As well as the two photo collages, more photos can be added above the obituary, on the tributes page, and on the front and back covers — typically around 32 photos in total across the whole template. You can also add or delete photo spaces to suit how many you'd like to include.
When printed and folded, this template has 8 pages - a front and back cover plus six inside pages.
