I’m pleased you liked the template but I’m sorry to hear you had difficultly adding your picture. To insert pictures, you need to use the ‘Shape Fill’ tool in Microsoft Word. We have a video that has step by step instructions that you can find here: https://youtu.be/P98fCK-rDTg
