1. Check your email inbox and junk/spam folders: You should have received an email from us with a link to your checkout page where you can download your files.
2. Check your downloads folder: If you've already downloaded the template, it should be in your computer's downloads folder.
If you still can't find the template or if you've reached the download limit, please email support@funeraltemplates.com. We'll be able to send you another copy of your purchased template.
My first time doing this and it was easy to use once you follow the simple instruction. Matt was great, I had bought the wrong size template and had already starting working on it when I realized it was not what I wanted contacted Matt and he immediately sent me the right one free of charge! thank you Matt for you quick response it was greatly appreciated. I purchased the 4 sided funeral program template and bookmarks and used a local graphics company to print the final documents on high quality paper, and they were absolutely beautiful. It was easy to use and there were lots of options to insert beautiful photos and text. When you sadly need to create a program for your loved one, this is a beautiful program to use that will truly honor their memory. Highly recommend.

Very impressed. The template gave me examples of wording to use and ways to arrange things, at a time when I wanted a personal document but had little capacity to be creative. The 2 page help sheet had perfect instructions for inserting and fitting the images. Final product was outstanding. We had it printed out on cream parchment paper and it truly looked like it had been professionally designed. Highly recommended.

Funeral Templates is so easy to use anyone can do it! Pick your favorite template and start typing in your information over the existing information.
I do wish they had the option to turn on layers for people like me with more advanced knowledge. Because there is a section on the bottom of the left page where the text overrides the flowers and I didn’t like how it looked but had no way to change it.
Other than that, my family loved how they turned out and I’d recommend Funeral Templates to anyone looking to do their own program.

What an incredible helpful tool for making a professional slide show for my husband’s celebration of life! Once I learned how to use the tools, it worked perfectly. So much better than some of the random slide shows I have seen at funerals. I also purchased the bulletin and photo display guides. People are going to be amazed. My husband is near the end of his journey with Parkinson’s, so I am preparing ahead of time. Thank you so much for this.

I found the template to be a great starting point to focus my efforts. Adding the music took several steps but that's a PowerPoint and copyright issue requiring me to purchase the music for this use. It turned out very nice.
